Strategy & Architecture
Arrpwere established a technical program management office within the Chief Information Officer Group to provide technical oversight, governance and quality control in the delivery of military capabilities in the Defence Single Information Environment.
Technical Strategy & Planning
Arrpwere was engaged by the Department of Defence to deliver an unfinished project. We conducted a review of the previously-proposed design against client requirements and were able to recommend a more focussed set of deliverables to ensure alignment with specified requirements.
